One of the most notable rising stars in the Côte de Blancs.

About The Wine
While the C + C Blanc de Blancs has a slightly higher dosage than its Oiry sibling, the C + C still falls firmly in the dry, chalky end of the Champagne pool.
The fruit comes from Aurélien's Grand Cru site in the villages of Cramant and Chouilly. I tshows a slightly richer expression of Champagne, with a width and depth on the palate which is both complex enough for an aficionado to be beguiled with and for a novice to be seduced by with its pure deliciousness.
Only extremely limited allocations available in Australia.
About Champagne Suenen
Aurélien Suenen has been in charge of his family's Champagne holdings since 2009 after his father fell ill.
Since then, he has reduced the family's vineyards and focused on quality rather than quantity in his growing. Organic farming has become his modus-operendi as he searches for the most precise depiction of his vineyards.
Described as one of the most exciting young Champagne vignerons of the last 15 years, Aurélien's extremely limited production and exceptional quality are seeing him quickly rise through the ranks of Champagne's most sought-after cuvees.
