We want Different Drop customers to always be getting the best price. If you see a cheaper price elsewhere, just contact us at email@example.com and in most circumstances, we’ll drop the price on our website or provide you with a coupon to lower the price of that product in your cart. We'll even retrospectively refund you if you have already purchased from us but you see a lower price somewhere later on. We want you to be able to shop with us in total confidence on the price!
Some things to keep in mind:
> We’ll price matchsame in-stock wines that are available for immediate dispatch or collection from the competing store. We don’t price match Marketplace or special order products. The other store must actually have the wine!
>We’ll only price match like for like. So for example the price match must factor in shipping/delivery charges and any minimum order requirements of competing the store.
> We don’t allow stacking of further discounts on top of price matches. If a coupon or sale we currently have on offer already has the best price, we don’t further discount on top of that.
> It must be a publicly listed price. We won't match a price that has been achieved through a coupon/cash-back arrangement, or through a non-advertised offer over the phone or otherwise.
> We don't price match clearance or fire sales.
> Retrospective price-matching is available for 30 days after purchase.
> It is limited to a reasonable retail quantity.
> We don’t price match rare or limited allocation wines.
We'll treat each price match request on its merit and reserve the right to refuse where we deem fit. At the end of the day, we'll look after you and use common sense to ensure you're getting the best price.
