Spring fizz... Juicy. Fizzy. Chilled. Yum.

About The Wine
Pét-Nats aren't usually known for their complexity, but this is one of the more interesting versions of the Pét-Nat wine style you are going to find.
The Bright Young Thing is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown by Steve Thomas in the Adelaide Hills. They've backed off on the fizz and doubled down on the funk.
It's a crazy, smoky, sappy little thing that's going to thrill those who want a bit more grunt in their red(ish) fizz this Summer.
About The Other Right
The Other Right is a fantastic artisan producer from McLaren Vale.
Russian-born winemaker Alex Schulkin and his partner Galit are crafting clean, premium, natural wines from organically vineyards in the Vale and Adelaide Hills.
The wines are excellent examples of quality with a natural philosophy. Alex's day job is as a researcher at the Australian Wine Research Institute (AWRI). He's taken what he's learnt there and channelled it into his label making his no-sulphur wines show a cleanliness and liveliness that is a cut above.
Jubilant, vibrant and irrepressibly irreverent, you'll never know what to expect from The Other Right.
