About The Wine
Skigh McManus is taking traditional winemaking techniques into the modern Margaret River wine scene.
Here he tackles Sauvignon Blanc fermented in clay amphora, looking to find a wilder, more visceral expression of the variety... and he got it!
There's spicy notes, fine fingers of grippy, sappy tannin, but a bucket load of freshness.
In a sea of faceless Sauvignon Blanc this stands out from the pack.
