About The Pack
The rise of Pet-Nats has been one of the more fascinating trends in Australian wine over the last five years and now it looks like they're here to stay.
This ancient form of sparkling is getting more refined each year in Aus. Here are six of the best we've come across recently. They're fun, fizzy and frisky and super exciting to drink.
This pack is great value and the best possible way to get familiar with Petillant Naturel!
2021 BK Wines Petillant Natural Chardonnay
Brendan Keys isn't afraid to do things differently, and this Pet-Nat made from 100% Basket Range Chardonnay fruit, wild yeasts and 100% concrete-egg fermentation is certainly different!
Pet-Nats are perfect for unabashed drinking on a warm afternoon, and this one goes down particularly easy.
Don't be deceived by its cloudy exterior, this is bright, flavour-packed and fun to drink whether, in BK's words, "be it for a mid-morning brunch, a barbecue at dusk or a digestif at o’ dark thirty."Read more about 2021 BK Wines Petillant Natural Chardonnay
2021 La Violetta Spunk Nat
There are no rules or boundaries in the winery with AJ Hoadley.
With the Spunk Nat he looked at a barrel of Shiraz and a barrel of Riesling and thought "Hey, that's the Spunk this year!"
It's a Pet-Nat with all the chewy, textural bits kept in. It's a little wild and cheeky, like the man himself.
The perfect spritzy, fun-filled wine to while away the afternoon with.Read more about 2021 La Violetta Spunk Nat
2021 Between Five Bells Petillant Naturel
Between Five Bells; the team of David Fesq, Dr. Ray Nadeson & co. have brought to life some truly unique wines. They are unconventional in their make-up and winemaking, considered more a thing of enjoyment for the team - a vinous playground to play - in rather than a rigid, winemaking partnership.
The sense of freedom, experimentation and abandon with which they make the wines shines through in the juice in the bottle. Their Pet Nat is a bucketload of fun.
Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Moscato Giallo, Viognier & Pinot Gris, all in one fizzy, fruity delight - it's the ideal no-frills, whimsical treat to enjoy all Summer long.Read more about 2021 Between Five Bells Petillant Naturel
2021 Mada Prosecco Pet Nat
Hamish Young at Mada has dabbled in Pet Nats under his experimental Sui Generis wines but now it enters his mainstream...
Prosecco (the grape) is the source of the fun, coming from an old vineyard in Tumbarumba. Its fermentation kicks off in steel tank before being transferred into bottle to finish the job and create some fizz.
It's a live one, alright. Lemon juice spritz, with some tangy apple cider notes, with just the right amount of bubbles. Dry, thirst-quenching finish, though quenching thirst with alcohol is not quite the best advice. But who takes advice from us anyway?
One of our favourite Pet Nats of the year.Read more about 2021 Mada Prosecco Pet Nat

The Pet Nat revolution continues to gather pace, and here's another for your must-try list!
Main & Cherry are right on the crest of the wave in terms of contemporary Aussie wine styles, so it's no surprise to see Michael Sexton nail this popular style.
Made from Shiraz, Grenache, Mataro and Viognier, it's a lovely red colour, with oodles of ripe, juicy red and black fruits and perfectly fine fizz.
