Chris Catlow is one of Beechworth's most dynamic young winemakers.
From his handmade winery he is crafting Burgundian inspired wines of impressive quality. The wines focus on power and drive, structure and articulation of site. He is exploring the regionality of Victoria and beyond with an incisive eye.
Chardonnay is his pet variety, with multiple vintages with Benjamin Leroux in Burgundy giving him the tools to be one of Victoria's great Chardonnay makers.
The wines are intense and tightly wound. As Campbell Mattinson once noted, "A star is born in Sentio, I’d reckon."
