2017 Crawford River Museum Release Riesling

It comes from the iconic Crawford River winery with Belinda Thomson now crafting some of the finest Rieslings in the land from here family estate
This is the wine they are best known for, and the 42nd release is outstanding as evidenced by it's 96 point score from the Halliday Wine Companion and 95+ from The Wine Front's Mike Bennie. A wine renowned for it's blistering intensity and incredible longevity, this is simply a must try for any Riesling fan!

2023 Helm Premium Riesling
It would be difficult to overstate just how important the "Ken Helm effect" has been on the Canberra wine scene.
As one of the region's pioneering winemakers, much of the current plethora of extraordinary wines being produced in the area can trace their heritage back to this man. We have a lot to thank him for.
This is the top of the Helm Riesling totem pole. His Queen of Queens. The most intense, most luxurious, most earth-shattering example of his pet variety that he can muster - and it's only released if the vintage is just right.
This is one of the country's most elite white wines, something that deserves some time in a cool dark place to really hit its straps. Having said that if you like young, powerhouse Riesling this will reward the patient and impatient alike.
2024 Rieslingfreak No. 10 Zenit Pinnacle Riesling
The Zenit (German for 'Zenith') is a 'super Riesling' of sorts - which combines the best bits of fruit from both the Eden Valley and Clare Valley that John Hughes gets access to each vintage, and puts the quality on show.
There is precious little of this wine available. Dry, tightly wound, immaculately balanced and meant to be a standard bearer for all South Australian Rieslings.
It will live forever in the cellar yet has the fruit depth and flavour intensity to be excellent right now. This is John's finest classic Riesling release each year and is not to be missed, but you better swoop quick.

"The Number 10 is the ultimate regional blend. The riesling best represents the vintage. This vintage it’s a blend of 65% Flaxman in Eden and 35% old vines from White Hutt, Clare Valley. These vines are around 64 years old. There is plenty of discussion to get this wine just right, agonising over a 1% here and there is not uncommon. So it’s always a wine that deserves some appreciation. Lemon balm, makrut lime leaf, grated ginger and fennel seed. White nectarine crabapple and frangipani blooms. It is equally perfumed and lofty as it is direct in focused palate weight. It’s impossible not to enjoy and will please any white wine drinker on the planet. Drink with crusty bread and ham sliced off the bone."

2022 Pooley Margaret Pooley Tribute Riesling
The Margaret Pooley Tribute Riesling is a reserve wine made only in exceptional years from the original Pooley Riesling plantings established in 1985.
This is Anna Pooley's most explosive and concentrated Riesling release. Built with cellaring in mind, this is an intensely flavoured, tightly structured wine that is going to reward patience in the cellar.
One of the benchmark Rieslings in Tasmania, whenever Anna deems this high enough quality to be a stand alone release, enthusiasts should jump on it. This Riesling is a cut above.
