The debut release of this single-vineyard Hunter Syrah. Sourced from the iron-rich red soils (Ferrosol) of the Hermitage Lodge vineyard.

A modern take on the classic Hunter blend. 70% Syrah and 30% Pinot Noir. 100% whole bunch, unfined and unfiltered. Bright, crunchy and ready to drink now.

The debut white wine from Aeon. A Fumé style Semillon from the Latara vineyard. 100% barrel fermented and aged for 9 months in French oak. Textural, creamy and very limited (only 3 barrels made).
