2021 Christophe et Fils Petit Chablis

The wines of Sébastien Christophe are some of our most popular Chablis offerings.

His Petit Chablis offers excellent value for money. Comprised of fruit grown near his winery just above the iconic vineyard, Montee de Tonnerre, this is a finely balanced and energetic wine which captures the thrilling texture and drive of Chablis at an absurd price.

With Christophe's wines in such demand, his most approachable offering won't be available for long.

2020 Maison Stephane Brocard Closerie des Alisiers Chablis Vieilles Vignes

Stephane Brocard is the son of famous Chablisien Jean Brocard, so he knows his way around the area, and he became a very successful negociant in the region.

Sourcing high quality, great value old vine Chablis was right in his wheelhouse. This is cracking value, on the lean, mineral side of the ledger and only matured in stainless steel, no oak involved.

Lemon zest, some fresh yoghurty creaminess and a lingering concentrated finish. Sometimes you don't need bells and whistles to make an excellent wine.

2020 Eleni & Edouard Vocoret Chablis Le Bas de Chapelot

Aside from exceptional viticulture, general deliciousness, and the imminent stardom of its young winemakers the most important thing you need to know about this wine is its vineyard location.

Le Bas de Chapelot is just below the lieu-dit 1er Cru of Chapelot which is part of the Montee de Tonnerre 1er Cru. In short, this vineyard has much in common with what is known to be one of the most exceptional Premier Crus.

Equal parts precision and texture this has an underlying power that you wouldn't expect at AC level. The fruit is pure and citrussy and the finish long and salty. Gimme Gimme!

2021 Vincent Tremblay AC Chablis

A well-rounded and generous expression of Chablis in Vincent Tremblay's estate wine..

It has those classic regional stone, and crisp autumn fruit characteristics, while also being an abundant and generous wine. On the palate, it has a presence that is ample, persistent, with upfront aroma and flavours.

This wine should be drunk young, but at the same time has potential for great evolution over the next 5 years or so.

2020 Domaine Gerard Duplessis Chablis

Punching well above its weight class, this Chablis is a blend of four different 1er Cru vineyards grown on the famous Kimmeridgian limestone soils of the region.

With vines ranging in age from 20 to 60 years old, the depth of character, as well as the vine's ability to produce equivalent quality fruit in both warmer and colder years, provides quiet confidence in the ‘estate’ wines from Gerard Duplessis.

As always with these wines, minerality is at the core, however there are also citrus and gingery fruit elements across the bright palate. Ultimately, quality of fruit is the core attraction of this super value-for-region wine.

2020 Domaine Fevre AC Chablis

The Domaine Fèvre AC chablis is a great place to start if you're looking to venture into wonderful world of Chablis.

This wine comes from vines predominantly 15-25 years old some parcels planted in the 1950s and 1960s finding their way into the final blend.

The stony soils of the region impart a fine minerality to the wine and with no oak in sight, the freshness and soft texture here are a highlight.

This is Chablis 101 - sleek, fine-boned and delicious. This is great value from a family-owned domaine in the heart of the region.
