2023 Jean Durup Chablis

This wine is crafted from Chardonnay grapes grown on vines aged between 25 to 30 years, located on the prime slopes surrounding the Serein Valley, including the communes of Maligny, Villy, Chablis, and Beines.

These south and west-facing slopes, combined with limestone-rich soils, make for an elegant yet sophisticated Chablis that delivers very high quality for its price.

Fermented in fiberglass and stainless steel vats to preserve its natural purity, the wine avoids barrel ageing, staying true to Chablisian tradition. The result is a Chablis that’s clear, fresh, and light with an enticing bouquet of citrus fruits, predominantly lemon, which evolves effortlessly on the palate.

A very fine expression of the region from a very respected Chablisian family.

2023 Domaine Fevre AC Chablis

The Domaine Fevre AC chablis is a great place to start if you're looking to venture into wonderful world of Chablis.

This wine comes from vines predominantly 15-25 years old some parcels planted in the 1950s and 1960s finding their way into the final blend.

The stony soils of the region impart a fine minerality to the wine and with no oak in sight, the freshness and soft texture here are a highlight.

This is Chablis 101 - sleek, fine-boned and delicious. This is great value from a family-owned domaine in the heart of the region.

2024 Domaine Gueguen Chablis

From the villages of Chichee & Prehy, the 40 year old vines are planted on regionally classic soils of Kimmeridgian, and limestone. This Jurassic soil, with its maritime fossils, is what provide the wines of Chablis with their hallmark minerality and salinity.

The palate of this wine is fruity, well-balanced, silky, racy, and offers a light acid structure. It is slightly unctuous, with a faint nutty character in harmony with its yellow stone and orchard fruit elements.

Like all their wines, there is a distinct modern feel, while at the same time still being true to its origins, both respectful and representative of the terroir on which the grapes are grown. The perfect drop for any occasion.

Expect lively aromas of green apple, citrus, and a whisper of oyster shell, leading to a fresh, intense palate with a silky texture and crisp, saline finish. Perfectly balanced, it delivers all the raciness and vitality you’d hope for in a classic Chablis.

This is an exceptional choice for lovers of refined, unoaked Chardonnay, offering outstanding value and versatility with food—from oysters to charcuterie to creamy seafood dishes.

2024 Domaine Seguinot-Bordet Petit Chablis

Jean-François Bordet is bringing fresh energy to a domaine that has been crafting Chablis since the 1590s.

This Petit Chablis comes from vineyards on the right bank of the Serein River, where south and south-east exposures give the fruit excellent ripeness and balance. Jean-François combines cool fermentations with 3-5 months of lees ageing, creating a wine that’s vibrant and expressive, with just a touch of creaminess.

The 2023 vintage shows crisp green apple, lemon zest, and white florals on the nose, with a clean, mineral-driven palate that finishes with bright acidity and subtle chalky texture. It’s a fresh, lively Chardonnay that highlights both the fruit and the terroir.

Perfect with oysters, fresh seafood, or creamy cheeses, this is an ideal introduction to the precision and heritage of Séguinot-Bordet.

A classic Petit Chablis, beautifully made and endlessly drinkable.
