Description

The Fuoripista from Foradori is made a little differently than the usual Pinot Grigios from this region.

Elisabetta Foradori teams up with Marco Devigli from Campo Rotaliano to create this delectable drop, with the fruit coming from the biodynamic Campo Rotaliano vineyard. It sees 8 months of skin contact while fermenting in both amphorae and acacia casks. This treatment really brings out the true varietal character of the fruit, capturing its bright and delicate essence.

Chock full of citrus and tree fruit notes, with a little hint of strawberry finding its way in the mix too. It's a vibrant wine that's easy drinking and versatile, sure to please.

Fuoripista is a different kind of wine that takes an alternative route and has a different approach towards nature. This wine is the result of a collaboration between Foradori and Marco Devigili, biodynamic winemaker from Campo Rotaliano, and aims to express the true essence of this variety, widespread in the Trentino region. The wine spends more than 8 months on the skins inside Tinajas (amphorae) allowing the delicate character of Pinot Grigio to reveal.

Elisabetta Foradori

Elisabetta Foradori is a trailblazing organic winegrower from the town of Trentino in Mezzolambardo.

Her first vintage was in 1984, with her conversion to biodynamics beginning in 2002. By 2007 she was certified and now is considered one of the most forward-thinking winegrowers in Italy with a huge international profile.

Her wines are made with a natural sensibility. The gentle use of clay amphora and inert vessels for ferments and maturation sees her mainline a sense of place from grape to glass.

No, all prices are set at the full discounted dozen rate already.

Most wine retailers list at a single-bottle price and then discount 10–15% when you buy six or twelve. We've taken the opposite approach. Since the overwhelming majority of our orders are already 6 bottles or more, our list price is set for the case buyer from the start. There's no inflated single-bottle price to discount down from.

What that means for you:

- One price, same for everyone — no minimum to hit to unlock the best rate
- No mixed-six gymnastics to qualify for a discount
- Our single-bottle price is typically at or below a traditional retailer's by-the-dozen rate

Put simply: the box discount is already baked into the price.
