This is classic Moreau-Naudet: textured, pure, and quietly distinctive. Sourced from organically farmed, 20- to 30-year-old vines in Préhy and Courgis, this bottling sits at the heart of the domaine’s range - and shows just how far Chablis can go when treated with care.
The 2023 vintage brought a touch more generosity than usual, thanks to a warm, dry end to the growing season. That shows in the wine’s supple stone fruit and sunny citrus notes. But it never tips into softness, there’s a lovely line of acidity and that unmistakable minerality that gives structure and length.
Wild yeast fermentation, ageing on lees, and minimal intervention all contribute to a Chablis that feels alive in the glass. It’s approachable young, with just the right touch of flesh, but still crackles with energy. A brilliant expression of modern, thoughtful Chablis made for both early drinking and mid-term cellaring.

This is classic Chablis, smooth and buttery to the pallet. 2018 is a great drinking wine with all food. If your a chardonnay lover give this a try.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
