A straight-shooting, super-refreshing introduction to the world of Chablis, this Petit Chablis from Nathalie and Gilles Fevre is all about clarity and charm. It’s grown on the higher slopes above Chablis proper, where the Portlandian limestone soils kick out bright, zesty fruit and unmistakable mineral lift.
Fermented in stainless steel and left untouched by oak, this is Chardonnay in its purest, most energetic form. Lemon pith, green apple, and a flicker of sea spray lead the nose, while the palate is tight, crisp, and clean—like biting into a perfectly chilled Granny Smith. It’s feather-light on its feet, with that trademark Chablis salinity wrapping around a dry, chalky finish.
If you’re looking for a midweek white that brings freshness to the table or a seafood wine to rival the classics, this has your name all over it. Best served with shellfish, white fish, or even as an aperitif with a wedge of soft goat’s cheese.

We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.

Our warehouse is automated so unless you tell us otherwise, we will ship your order. If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
