Yelland and Papps are poster-kids of the 'New Barossa'.
Owned and run by husband and wife team Michael and Susan Papps since 2005, their philosophy is about respecting what has made the Barossa Valley great, whilst also experimenting with a new range of grape varieties and winemaking techniques.
Grenache and Shiraz are their primary focus in reds, while their textural Roussanne and Vermentino provide delicious alternatives to the typical regional white varieties.
