Description

One of the country's most bankable sparkling Rose wines, the NV Rose from Clover Hill delivers class without a huge pricetag.

This is sourced from premium vineyards across Tasmania, it's aged on lees for a minimum for two years before being disgorged, it's complex, refreshing and delicate.

This dry, pale sparkling Rose is delicious and the perfect all-rounder good-time bubbly for any occasion.

92 Points - "As with the NV Cuvee, the '17 base vintage is a blend of 59% chardonnay, 37% pinot noir and 4% pinot meunier. Pale pink without any salmon, it does taste of wild strawberries together with Turkish delight/nougat, and gains freshness from its residual sugar/dosage of 7.5g/l." - James Halliday (Halliday Wine Companion)

92 Points - "As fun and easy-going as its sibling, this shows pastry, strawberries, raspberries, cherries and a hint of spice. Again this is definitely one for brunchy fun but this time, lean into some quality bacon, sausage, hash brown and mushrooms type of action. Or, maybe go for the classic for a hot day of a duck and rocket salad with pomegranate. Either way, get some friends involved and let the sunshine and gossip flow." - Curly Haslam-Coates (The Wine Front)

Apples apples apples

This blew me away with the first sip tasting of apples and fizz. Went well with our tapas on a Sunday evening.

The Clover Hill Tasmanian Cuvée NV Rosé is made from grapes sourced from Clover Hill's vineyards in Tasmania. Expressing the freshness and vibrancy for which the apple isle is renowned, this rosé offers elegance and refinement. The winemakers used classic techniques, such as delicate grape handling, followed by cool temperature alcoholic fermentation, and then a partial malolactic fermentation to soften the natural acidity of the grapes.

Clover Hill Tasmanian Cuvée NV Rosé is crafted according to traditional methods. Fermented in the bottle, this wine is aged on yeast lees for a minimum of two years which, in addition to a careful dosage of Tasmanian pinot noir, ensures the premium quality that is the hallmark of Clover Hill.

No, feel free to mix it up! There is no minimum requirement. You can order wines in any quantity or combination, 1 or 50+ bottles.

No, all prices are set at the full discounted dozen rate already.

Most wine retailers list at a single-bottle price and then discount 10–15% when you buy six or twelve. We've taken the opposite approach. Since the overwhelming majority of our orders are already 6 bottles or more, our list price is set for the case buyer from the start. There's no inflated single-bottle price to discount down from.

What that means for you:

- One price, same for everyone — no minimum to hit to unlock the best rate
- No mixed-six gymnastics to qualify for a discount
- Our single-bottle price is typically at or below a traditional retailer's by-the-dozen rate

Put simply: the box discount is already baked into the price.

**And if you find it cheaper elsewhere?** Let us know. If the same wine is available at a lower price at another retailer (including at their mixed-six or by-the-dozen rate) we're happy to match it.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
