One of the most notable rising stars in the Côte de Blancs.

About The Wine
The Oiry is an intense, mineral-driven Grand Cru Champagne made in a dry, focused style.
This cuvee mainlines the chalky soils of its origin, with a saline, chalky finish which is long and dry. The extremely low dosage (around 2 grams) only accentuates the piercing nature of the Chardonnay fruit from this small commune in the north of the appelation.
If you are searching for a Champagne that will match with seafood perfectly, this is an excellent option.
About Champagne Suenen
Aurélien Suenen has been in charge of his family's Champagne holdings since 2009 after his father fell ill.
Since then, he has reduced the family's vineyards and focused on quality rather than quantity in his growing. Organic farming has become his modus-operendi as he searches for the most precise depiction of his vineyards.
Described as one of the most exciting young Champagne vignerons of the last 15 years, Aurélien's extremely limited production and exceptional quality are seeing him quickly rise through the ranks of Champagne's most sought-after cuvees.
