Description
"If there is a poster child for the wines of the ‘New Spain’, then Envínate is a strong candidate."
- Luis Gutierrez (The Wine Advocate)
Envínate - translating to "wine yourself" - is a collective of four university friends who have become the poster boys for the "New Spain" wine movement.
Rather than working out of a sleek, corporate estate, they hunt down and revive near-abandoned, ancient vineyards across the country's most extreme Atlantic-influenced terroirs. From the dizzying, high-altitude volcanic cliffs of Tenerife to the precipitous schist terraces of Ribeira Sacra, their focus is entirely on indigenous varieties and honest, old-school viticulture.
In the cellar, they do things the hard way - foot-trodding, wild ferments, whole-bunches, and absolutely no new oak - to create transparent, laser-focused wines that taste explicitly of where they were grown.
This mixed pack offers a masterclass in their signature style: raw, deeply expressive, and pulsing with a level of fresh, mineral energy that completely redefines what modern Spanish wine can be.
The pack includes:
- 2024 Envinate Albahra Garnacha Tintorrera
- 2024 Envinate Lousas Vinas de Aldea
- 2024 Envinate Benje Tinto
- 2021 Envinate Migan Tinto
2024 Envinate Albahra Garnacha Tintorrera
Albahra is where the Envínate range begins — and for the price, it’s a serious overachiever. Sourced from limestone-heavy soils in Almansa, this 2024 release is mostly Garnacha Tintorera with a splash of Moravia Agria. Wild ferment, partial whole bunch, and élevage in concrete and old oak. No fining, no filtration.
It pours dark - Tintorera has pigment to burn - but the palate’s surprisingly fresh. Plum skin, blackberry, and blood orange sit alongside dried herbs, pepper and a touch of cured meat. The tannins are firm, the acidity sharp, but it all feels cohesive. Structured, savoury, and not trying to impress anyone.
It’s the kind of wine that quietly sets a benchmark. Pure, expressive, and honest - no fluff, no gloss, just great fruit handled well.

"This is serious and balanced, following the nicely crafted style from the Envínate team, showcasing its birthplace. It's eminently Mediterranean with freshness and balance. This is a bargain for the quality it delivers."
- Luis Gutiérrez (The Wine Advocate)
2024 Envinate Lousas Vinas de Aldea
Envínate’s Lousas Viñas de Aldea is their brilliant regional snapshot of Ribeira Sacra, acting as the ultimate introduction to their wild, Atlantic-influenced style. This cuvée blends fruit from old vines across several parcels north and south of the Sil River, beautifully marrying the deep, structural muscle of Amandi with the crisp, electric freshness of Ribeiras do Sil. It completely swaps out old-school, jammy Spanish weight for a high-energy, complex Galician expression.
The 2024 vintage is a real stunner, echoing the cool Atlantic vibe of 2023 but turning the dial up on everything. The old vines are interplanted with a few white varieties, which the team picks and ferments together by parcel using roughly 80% whole bunches. To keep the wine poised and direct, they aged 20% of the blend in concrete tanks and the rest in older, neutral wood, only combining the lots right before bottling.
The nose is still beautifully primal and expressive, bursting with black plum, wild herbal spices, roses, and a strong scent of cracked rock. On the palate, it feels medium-bodied but incredibly deep and fresh, showing finer tannins and a much longer line of acid than usual. The dark fruit is perfectly framed by a crunchy, wet-stone minerality that drives hard through the finish.
This is a spectacular, vibrant red that offers incredible value and pure, unmanipulated drinkability.
2024 Envinate Benje Tinto
Benje Tinto comes from high-elevation bush vines grown on the volcanic slopes of Santiago del Teide in western Tenerife. The 2024 is mostly Listán Prieto (an old local variety also known as País) with a bit of Tintilla. Fruit is hand-harvested, partially whole bunch fermented with native yeasts, and aged in neutral oak. No fining, no filtration, no additions.
The profile’s lifted and aromatic — red cherry, pomegranate, dried herbs and volcanic dust. There’s a gentle stemmy grip, bright natural acidity, and a savoury edge that keeps it from feeling too fruity. The palate is light but structured, with a mineral spine and plenty of tension. It's not rustic, but it’s not polished either — and that’s the point.
Throw a light chill on it and pair it with whatever’s coming off the charcoal. It’s a wine that tastes like where it’s from.

"This has to be one of the best values from the whole of Spain, and this is one of the finest vintages."
- Luis Gutiérrez (The Wine Advocate)
2021 Envinate Migan Tinto
Envínate has become a total cult sensation for their work in Tenerife, and Migan is a spectacular showcase of their unique Atlantic-influenced style. Sourced from the Valle de la Orotava, this red comes from two separate parcels of Listán Negro vines that are over 100 years old. These ancient vines are trained in the traditional, braided trenzado method, looking like old dreadlocks woven across the volcanic landscape. The guys skip the heavy oak and manipulation of old-school Spanish reds, aiming instead for pure, soil-driven terroir.
The 2021 vintage delivered an incredibly precise, slightly austere expression that highlights the wild nature of the Canary Islands. The winemaking team focused on minimal intervention, letting the unique black volcanic soils do all the talking. They matured the wine in old oak barrels to allow the delicate, peppery fruit to evolve without absorbing any woody characters. It was bottled with just a touch of natural reduction to protect its vibrant energy and mineral crunch.
The nose is wonderfully complex and nicely funky, bursting with wild berries, pomegranate, spicy black pepper, and an intense, smoky gunflint reduction. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, tangy, and incredibly fresh, showing off a mealy, dusty tannin texture and a big splash of grapefruit zest. The finish is remarkably long, savory, and completely irresistible.
This is a thrilling, boundary-pushing red that swaps sweet fruit and heavy wood for high-energy volcanic minerality and pure, crunchy drinkability.

"Fine, dissolved tannins with a mealy, dusty texture, tapping into a super tangy, fresh palate full of grapefruit zest and wild berries. Really long and irresistible now, but can age."

No, all prices are set at the full discounted dozen rate already.
Most wine retailers list at a single-bottle price and then discount 10–15% when you buy six or twelve. We've taken the opposite approach. Since the overwhelming majority of our orders are already 6 bottles or more, our list price is set for the case buyer from the start. There's no inflated single-bottle price to discount down from.
What that means for you:
- One price, same for everyone — no minimum to hit to unlock the best rate
- No mixed-six gymnastics to qualify for a discount
- Our single-bottle price is typically at or below a traditional retailer's by-the-dozen rate
Put simply: the box discount is already baked into the price.
**And if you find it cheaper elsewhere?** Let us know. If the same wine is available at a lower price at another retailer (including at their mixed-six or by-the-dozen rate) we're happy to match it.
If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
