Not sure what a Floppet is? Doesn’t really matter. What Jo Perry’s done here is take Tempranillo and Shiraz from the 2025 harvest and spin them into a pét-nat that feels like summer in a bottle.
It opens with a slap of red berries and tangy grapefruit, then shifts into something more savoury and grounded. There’s a hint of Campari bitterness, a plush mid-palate that’s almost fluffy, and a rhubarb pie twist through the finish - tart, a little creamy, a little salty, and very, very hard to stop sipping.
Jo’s process stays true to her low-fi roots: hand-harvested fruit, destemmed and cold-soaked overnight before pressing, then bottled with just the right amount of fermenting sugars to let it sparkle up naturally in bottle.
It’s more gourmet than grunge, like grown-up party juice with structure. So good with snacks poolside or straight from the esky with a straw - take your pick.

We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
