Western Australia’s sunshine in a bottle. This sparkling Chenin Blanc is a fresh, crunchy aperitif style with real personality made for long lunches and warm afternoons.
From the organically farmed Weightmans Block 1, this is a bright and zesty sparkler that captures Chenin’s natural vibrancy. It’s all hand-harvested fruit, mostly fermented in stainless steel with just a whisper of oak (5% in new puncheon) for subtle roundness. The wine then rests on lees until disgorgement to build complexity and polish the bead.
Expect aromas of green apple skin, elderflower and lime blossom, followed by a palate that’s alive with citrus zest, faint pastry notes, and a chalky, mineral edge. The finish is crisp and dry, with the energy and lift that make Chenin such an underrated gem for sparkling.

We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
