Description

Dan Graham's Sigurd project consistently dances to its own beat in the Barossa, and this Rosé is another great example. It draws inspiration from that Nordic sense of summer where the sun hangs around long after it should. This isn't your standard, pale-pink patio crusher. It’s a Rosé with genuine guts, texture and complexity.

He pulls the fruit from specific, higher-yielding blocks, picking early to lock in the acidity. The Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre spend months getting to know each other in a combination of stainless steel and a vintage 1600L foudre.

In the glass, it’s savoury and intense. Think tangy blood orange zest, wild red berries and a dusty, balsamic-dusted strawberry character. There is a grippy, phenolic pull to the palate that keeps the finish long and tart.

It’s vibrant yet serious, and just a deliciously thought-provoking Rose.

95 points - "Syrah, grenache, carignan and mourvèdre in tank and old oak, with almost two years élevage. It’s a rosé by colour, but it doesn’t subscribe to the dominant paradigm, though I think you’d get a lot of surprised smiles from classic rosé drinkers. Orangey pink in hue and engagingly aromatic, both with fruit and spice notes. Red grapefruit, blood orange, pomelo, pink pashmak, sumac, rose petal and cinnamon, wild raspberry and some briar-patch herbals, along with distinctly savoury edges, white balsamic on strawberries, a faint waxiness, the palate textural, with epicurean purpose, the finish tangy, sour-fruited and very long. It’s extremely good, and it’s going to age well, too." - Marcus Ellis (Halliday Wine Companion)

Our 2024 Rosé shows savoury aromatics of ruby grapefruit, wild strawberries, and a subtle thread of saffron spice. On the palate, it’s textural and finely structured, with bright acidity and lovely phenolics carrying the wine long and clean. A way to hold onto summer.

'Endless Sommer' draws from a Nordic sense of summer that never quite slips away. In the far north, the sun lingers late into the night, stretching days into something that feels almost suspended in time. It’s a season that stays with you - bright, fleeting, and worth holding onto. This wine is our take on that feeling - fresh, expressive, and made to keep that summer energy going a little longer!

Varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre
Alcohol: 12.2%

Sourced from higher yielding blocks across the Barossa that I use for my other wines, the fruit is picked early specifically for this Rosé to maintain freshness. Most varieties are fermented separately and pressed immediately into a combination of stainless steel and larger format oak, including a 100-year-old oak Foudre (1600L). The wine aged until January 2026, spending time mostly in foudre before settling in stainless steel. At bottling, a small sulphur addition is made. Built for Endless Sommer.

No, feel free to mix it up! There is no minimum requirement. You can order wines in any quantity or combination, 1 or 50+ bottles.

No, all prices are set at the full discounted dozen rate already.

Most wine retailers list at a single-bottle price and then discount 10–15% when you buy six or twelve. We've taken the opposite approach. Since the overwhelming majority of our orders are already 6 bottles or more, our list price is set for the case buyer from the start. There's no inflated single-bottle price to discount down from.

What that means for you:

- One price, same for everyone — no minimum to hit to unlock the best rate
- No mixed-six gymnastics to qualify for a discount
- Our single-bottle price is typically at or below a traditional retailer's by-the-dozen rate

Put simply: the box discount is already baked into the price.

**And if you find it cheaper elsewhere?** Let us know. If the same wine is available at a lower price at another retailer (including at their mixed-six or by-the-dozen rate) we're happy to match it.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
