"Here’s a beautiful expression of Pinot Noir."
- Gary Walsh (The Wine Front)

96 points - "Dark cherry, violet, baking spice, an earthy very ‘mineral’ thing is apparent to smell, and to taste, and in particular the graphite tannin is something of a highlight. It’s dark and spicy, firm and well-structured, but also sports quite some perfume and a sort of dark raspberry and orange succulence. The finish is stony and long. Here’s a beautiful expression of Pinot Noir." - Gary Walsh (The Wine Front)

94 points - "Sourced from the outstanding Cooinda Vale vineyard in Campania, Coal River Valley; 10% whole bunch, 10 months' maturation in French oak, 30% new. Bright ruby with aromas of dark cherry, wild strawberry and red plum cut with hints of brown spice, amaro herbs, rocky facets, undergrowth, roast game meats, vanillin oak and earth. Dark, richer fruits this year, methinks, with dark cherry and plum tones. Some fine, toothsome tannins provide support and there's a dark-fruited textural flow on the extended finish." - Dave Brookes (Halliday Wine Companion)

This Pinot Noir offers an inviting bouquet of red cherries, raspberries, and earthy spice, with subtle oak notes. The palate is elegant and structured, with a silky texture and flavours of red fruit. Fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity (6.2g/L) lead to a long, graceful finish.

Pooley

Pooley is one of the leading family-owned wineries in Tasmania, renowned for their exquisite Single Vineyard examples of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling from the Coal River region, less than an hour north of Hobart.

The family vineyard was planted in 1985 by Margaret and Denis Pooley. Today it is in the hands of the third generation of Pooleys, with award-winning winemaker Anna Pooley heading up the cellar and her brother Matt as viticulturalist. They make a killer team and the family business is going from strength to strength.

Anna's wines are pure, refined and eminently cellar-worthy. A class-act producer setting a cracking pace for all of Tasmania to follow.

No, feel free to mix it up! There is no minimum requirement. You can order wines in any quantity or combination, 1 or 50+ bottles.

No, all prices are set at the full discounted dozen rate already.

Most wine retailers list at a single-bottle price and then discount 10–15% when you buy six or twelve. We've taken the opposite approach. Since the overwhelming majority of our orders are already 6 bottles or more, our list price is set for the case buyer from the start. There's no inflated single-bottle price to discount down from.

What that means for you:

- One price, same for everyone — no minimum to hit to unlock the best rate
- No mixed-six gymnastics to qualify for a discount
- Our single-bottle price is typically at or below a traditional retailer's by-the-dozen rate

Put simply: the box discount is already baked into the price.

**And if you find it cheaper elsewhere?** Let us know. If the same wine is available at a lower price at another retailer (including at their mixed-six or by-the-dozen rate) we're happy to match it.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
