Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey may be best known for some of the finest white Burgundies on the planet, but every now and then he offers something that catches collectors a little off guard. The Rosé de Pinot is just that – a tiny, rarely seen bottling that shows another side of his craftsmanship. Made from Pinot Noir grown in Burgundy and handled with the same precision as his more famous whites, it’s a wine that combines delicacy with a quiet depth.
The 2024 release captures the freshness of the year, with a gentle perfume, fine texture, and just enough structure to remind you this isn’t your average rosé. PYCM keeps the winemaking pared back and transparent, allowing the purity of the fruit to shine without distraction. It’s rare, thoughtful, and made in such small amounts that it’s more or less allocation-only.
For those who follow PYCM closely, this is one of those insider bottles that rarely makes it onto shelves. A collector’s curiosity, yes, but also a beautifully drinkable wine in its own right.

We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.
To add a gift box to your order, simply add at checkout. The special requests box is your friend, please give us as many details of what you are looking for and we will try our best, or get in contact to discuss it with you.

Our warehouse is automated so unless you tell us otherwise, we will ship your order. If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
