Perhaps it should come as no surprise that a South African is taking Australian Chenin Blanc to the next level - ladies and gentleman, this is one serious Chenin Blanc.
In an effort to highlight the variety's ability to articulately communicate terroir, Tripe.Iscariot owner/winemaker Remi Guise is releasing a pair of Margaret River subregional expressions of this often maligned grape. They were stunning to try back to back.
This, the Karridale wine, is a tighter, leaner, more mineral-driven style. Excellent release from Remi. He's on point with his pet variety once again.

Lean and linear on day one with refreshing pithy grapefruit, lemon and tart peach and crushed rock flavours. Day two the mid palate builds further weight and texture with those apricot and stone fruit flavours coming through more. Mouth watering saline finish. Love it. A new one for me.

Green apple, citrus, lychee. It’s dry with lovely fruit driven palate and exceptionally balanced. Very enjoyable and probably one of the best value chenins in Aus. Great producer

Aussie Chenin Blanc is such a lovely alternative to rieslings and chardy's. This is mouthwatering with perfect fruit and a fine acid balance, medium bodied and a super friendly food wine. Very well made and worth your time.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
