Jean-François Bordet is bringing fresh energy to a domaine that has been crafting Chablis since the 1590s.
This Petit Chablis comes from vineyards on the right bank of the Serein River, where south and south-east exposures give the fruit excellent ripeness and balance. Jean-François combines cool fermentations with 3-5 months of lees ageing, creating a wine that’s vibrant and expressive, with just a touch of creaminess.
The 2023 vintage shows crisp green apple, lemon zest, and white florals on the nose, with a clean, mineral-driven palate that finishes with bright acidity and subtle chalky texture. It’s a fresh, lively Chardonnay that highlights both the fruit and the terroir.
Perfect with oysters, fresh seafood, or creamy cheeses, this is an ideal introduction to the precision and heritage of Séguinot-Bordet.

We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
