Description
The 2023 Ca’ Montini Pinot Grigio is a step up from the usual, crafted from the single vineyard “Terre di Valfredda” in Trentino. Planted in 1998 and using traditional Pergola trellising, the site allows for slow ripening while keeping the grapes fresh and disease-free, thanks to natural shading and excellent airflow.
In the winery, it’s all about letting the fruit shine. Hand-sorted bunches are gently pressed, with fermentation using indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks. Skipping malolactic fermentation keeps the acidity bright and lively, perfect for showcasing its cool-climate origins.
This is a fresh, balanced Pinot Grigio with aromas of white peach, green pear, and a touch of citrus peel. A hint of saline minerality adds intrigue to the palate, with enough texture and acidity to keep things interesting. If you think Pinot Grigio can’t impress, this bottle might just change your mind.

Can hold its own with a more flavour packed meal. Partnered with some beautiful Japanese seafood - spicy tuna, a yuzo carpaccio and a miso salmon and it was the perfect accompaniment to our meal,

We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
