This classic red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot is easy-drinking and perfect for enjoying now.
The grapes are predominantly sourced from the Wilyabrup sub-region of Margaret River, known for its rich fruit flavours - one of the premier terroirs in Australia for producing Cabernet Sauvignon et.al. A small percentage comes from the Wallcliffe sub-region further south, adding subtle and elegant aromatics and fine tannins.
The 2023 vintage experienced a long and cool growing season, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly, resulting in perfectly balanced flavours and natural acidity.
Winemaking for this blend involves several parcels, each picked at optimal ripeness and harvested during the cool of the night. The fruit undergoes controlled and cool fermentation in static fermenters before being carefully pressed off and aged in French oak barrels for secondary fermentation and maturation.
If you're looking for an easy-drinking Margaret River Cab Merlot, this is about as good a bang for your buck as you're going to find in the region.

We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
