Jean-Louis Chavy’s 2022 Bourgogne Blanc is a brilliant introduction to the elegance and clarity that defines this Puligny-Montrachet estate. From vineyards bordering the Puligny AC, this wine punches well above its weight, offering depth, finesse, and unmistakable Burgundian charm.
Aged mostly in seasoned French oak barrels (75%) with a touch of stainless steel (25%), it’s a beautifully balanced Chardonnay that lets the fruit and terroir shine. Whole-bunch pressing, natural fermentation, and minimal oak influence give it a fresh, tense character with just the right amount of texture.

Our warehouse is automated so unless you tell us otherwise, we will ship your order.
