This wine has been named such by Bruce Dukes to outline the inclusion of whole bunches (30%) in the ferment of this wine. As far as Margaret River Shiraz goes, this is one of the most consistant high-performers in the region.

"There’s so much power and intensity of flavour, it’s hard to know where to start. OK, how about the fabulous ruby-purple hue first, then the florals, baking spices, pepper and charry oak aromas, all flowing onto the full-bodied palate. Lots of poppy, bright fruit, especially plums and berries, an intriguing ferrous note in the mix, with tannins aplenty. More time in bottle to settle a good idea but hard to resist now."
