Description
Château Mont-Redon sits at the heart of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, with a vineyard on the iconic galet-covered plateau alongside sandy and limestone soils – essentially all the classics that make the region tick. In 2021 they’ve delivered a wine that manages to be rich and intense without losing that signature elegance the estate is known for.
This vintage blends Grenache (about 60%), Syrah (31%), Mourvèdre (8%) and a dash of other allowed varieties, all picked, fermented and aged thoughtfully. Gentle oaky notes are there, but folded in discreetly alongside ripe black cherry, elderberry, licorice and a touch of cedar. You get structure from grippy tannins and a sense of drive, but it never feels heavy – it’s balanced in that way that says “Châteauneuf, yes – but with poise.”
Drink now with hearty dishes or cellar for a few years – it’s one of those region-defining bottles that works now but keeps giving.

We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.
To add a gift box to your order, simply add at checkout. The special requests box is your friend, please give us as many details of what you are looking for and we will try our best, or get in contact to discuss it with you.

Our warehouse is automated so unless you tell us otherwise, we will ship your order. If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
