Belgian native turned cult natural winemaking hero, Frank Cornelissen makes some of the most intriguing raw wines in Sicily's Etna region.
Cornelissen rejects the notion of interfering with Mother Earth at any point in the grape-growing and winemaking process. No additions of any kind - neither in the vineyard nor the cellar - just a stripped-back representation of some of the world's most fascinating volcanic terroir.
Scrambling for allocations of these wines regularly hits a fever pitch. They are only ever available for a limited time. They are one of the gems of the natural wine world.

"I like the aromas of vine bark, rose stem, light parsley, and red fruits that follow through to a medium body, with white pepper and cloves with a fresh and vivid finish. Tight and tannic. Shows tightness and focus. Best after 2025 but already fascinating to taste."

We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
