A Sparkling Rose from northern Tasmania that gives some overpriced Rose Champagnes a real run for its money - the Apogee Deluxe is just a beautiful wine.
Mostly Pinot Noir, with some Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, it is a Saignee method Rose, where the colour in the red skins of the Pinots is 'bled' off before pressing. The intense salmon pink colour is stunning before you even taste the wine.
No shrinking violet, this is a textured, complex wine that saw some partial oak treatment before the second fermentation in bottle. Floral, red roses, strawberry gum leaf - the aromas are delicate and ethereal but the palate has real depth and structure.

"Light salmon pink in the glass with a superfine bead and inviting aromas of raspberry cream and macerated wild strawberries with hints of redcurrants, freshly baked berry danish, sea spray, white flowers and complexing nutty aromas from oxidative handling techniques. Rich and enveloping on the palate with a raft of soft spice, mushroom, grilled nut and fresh brioche tones, tightly focused acidity and a long, persistent finish. Lovely, complex drinking."

We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.
To add a gift box to your order, simply add at checkout. The special requests box is your friend, please give us as many details of what you are looking for and we will try our best, or get in contact to discuss it with you.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
