Tim Stock is a notable figure in the Sydney wine scene.
He's a long-time importer of natural wines from Georgia, and has been hugely influential in taking these ancient traditions of wine production to the new world.
Les Fruits is Tim's chance to make his own wines according to his own philosophies. These are wines made from organic fruits sources around South Australia made with no additions in the Commune of Buttons shed alongside Jasper Button in the Adelaide Hills.
