Great Value Wines from One of NSW's Most Respected Winemakers...

Nick Spencer is one of NSW’s most decorated winemakers.

Over the span of more than two decades, he has become perhaps the state’s most outspoken advocate for the potential of the regions of the NSW High Country, in particular, Tumbarumba and Gundagai.

Nick’s wines exemplify balance, style, immense drinkability and exceptional value for money. As his label has expanded, his winemaking has become more adventurous, now incorporating the use of amphora, sulphur-free bottlings and a more stripped-back winemaking style to highlight the quality of the fruit that these lesser-known NSW regions can produce.

"There's a freedom to Nick Spencer's wines. It's as though regions flow through varieties like wind through hair."

- Campbell Mattinson (The Wine Front)

We’re delighted to have a wide range of Nick’s wines available in store now. His exceptional 2022 Tumbarumba Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are amongst the finest examples of these treasured varieties found anywhere in NSW. His pair of creatively conceived red blends - ‘LDR’ and ‘MDR’ - are an ode to the state’s winemaking history, and provide immense drinkability.

His Gruner Veltliner is one the country’s finest, and the bargain sub-$30 trio of Preservative-Free Shiraz, Provence-inspired Rose and gluggable Pinot Gris are made for rapid drinking!

He is one of the most talented and respected producers in NSW today, a dear friend to us and many in the wine industry, and has become a touchstone of winemaking quality for the state of NSW. We caught up with Nick recently for a chat to discuss his latest releases, which you can check out on Youtube here.

And don't forget to take a look at the range of popular wines from Nick Spencer in store now.
