Guilhem Goisot is one of the rising stars of Burgundy, his family vineyards and winery located in the tiny Saint-Bris appellation, not far from Chablis.
Along with his father, the highly-respected Jean-Hugues Goisot, Guilhem is crafting some of the best value wines coming out of Burgundy at the moment. With a heavy focus on biodynamic farming, these wines from lesser-known Burgundian appellations are some of the hottest property in French wine today.
In fact, France's leading wine guide, Revue du Vin de France's Classement des Meilleurs Vins de France has Goisot rated higher than all but 2 other producers (both Chablis Cru producers), in the Yonne section of the guide.

2020 Domaine Goisot Le Court Vit
The Le Court Vit vineyard has been in the Goisot family for decades, with the vines being replanted around 15 years ago - mostly to Chardonnay, but with a small percentage of Pinot Noir alongside.
The resulting white wine cuvee is this delightful, elegant Chardonnay. There's minerality thanks to the Kimmeridgian slopes, with a bright burst of limey acidity sitting happily alongside a creamy texture.
Great value considering the region, not to mention the quality and attention to detail.
2020 Domaine Goisot Biamont
As the Goisot family farm a number of individual plots across Burgundy, they choose to only use the finest sites for their single vineyard bottlings.
A tiny parcel of of vines (just 1 hectare) lying at 250m above sea level is the source of fruit for the Biaumont Chardonnay, with the vines here all being between 40-50 years old.
It comes together as a complex, beautiful white to sit back and contemplate. It just flows over the palate with deep and rich flavours, but maintaining a magnificent balance of freshness all the same.
2019 Domaine Goisot Gondonne
If a rich, cuddly Chardonnay is what tickles your fancy, you'll find all of that here in the Gondonne from Goisot.
All the fruit is taken from a single vineyard, called La Gondonne. The cuttings for these vines were taken from the Le Clos holdings in Chablis owned by the Raveneau and Dauvissat families.
It's a complex wine, rich and creamy with lovely leesy flavour and texture. Another beautiful Chardonnay under the belt for the Goisot family.

We want Different Drop customers to always be getting the best price. If you see a lower price elsewhere, just get in touch and we will sort it out for you. We handle all our price-matching on a case by case basis.

No, feel free to mix it up! There is no minimum requirement. You can order wines in any quantity or combination, 1 or 50+ bottles.
We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.
To add a gift box to your order, simply add at checkout. The special requests box is your friend, please give us as many details of what you are looking for and we will try our best, or get in contact to discuss it with you.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
