Description
The Blauburgunder is where Jeremy Schmolzer and Tessa Brown let their hair down a bit. Made from Pinot Noir (Blauburgunder being the Austrian name for it), this is their playful, lighter take on the grape - designed for drinking young, chilled, and without too much overthinking.
The fruit comes from a mix of King Valley and Beechworth sites, with the winemaking kept simple and hands-off. It’s a real contrast to their more serious, structured Brunnen Pinot Noir - this one is all about brightness, juicy red fruit, and pure drinkability. Think of it as their answer to the question: what’s a red that drinks like a white?
It’s light, fresh, and just plain fun to drink, whether you’re outdoors in summer or need something easy and food-friendly year-round. Chill it down a bit and you’re good to go. Simple as that.

The savoury edge, and red fruits on this wine with a chill on it makes for great food wine. We enjoyed ours with homemade banh mi, on the first warm Sunday of spring.

Wow this wine is superb. Can't fault this chilled and served with food that has a little spice or chilli. Perfect with cheese on a warm day. Gorgeous fruit, light to medium body. This wine impresses every person that has tasted it with me. Knockout.

We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.
To add a gift box to your order, simply add at checkout. The special requests box is your friend, please give us as many details of what you are looking for and we will try our best, or get in contact to discuss it with you.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
