The iconic Yeringberg estate in Victoria's Yarra Valley has turned their hand to rose in recent years, and this stunning release might just be their best yet.
The fruit comes from Yeringberg's own estate-grown and over twenty-year-old vines, with the Shiraz getting a whole bunch pressing before fermentation in stainless and six months of maturation in oak. The Cabernet gets the same ageing treatment, but is crushed without whole bunches.
It has all the freshness, crunch, and red fruit aroma you'd want out of an Aussie Rosé, plus an intriguing lean towards savouriness and texture. More of a pinkish red than a white-turned-rosé, and worthy of both the dinner table as well as weekend quaffing.

We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.
