Description

LeBOMB is the first Phase Three wine from Greenock – a patch Ben and the family had been chasing since moving to the Barossa. The connection came in true small-town style: a kindy playdate for their youngest, George, led to a chat with another parent, which led to a phone call the next morning. Before long, fruit from Damon and Nathan Kalleske’s beautifully kept old vines was in the shed.

This vineyard is as good as it gets in Greenock – old vines rooted in red clay over ironstone, farmed with serious care. Normally the fruit goes into some very high-end labels, but here it’s been given the Phase Three treatment: hand-picked, whole bunch ferment, and a stretch in barrique before bottling.

The style is a little darker and richer than the other reds in the range, but it still keeps that mineral line and freshness that defines Phase Three. Just 585 bottles filled, and with more fruit locked in for the future, it looks like LeBOMB is here to stay.

It’s been a desire to work with fruit from this area since we moved to the Barossa.

Just a few years back. Our youngest George was on a play day with a lovely young fella from the same kindy class. After a little Mum chat. It turns out his parents have a vineyard in Greenock! In true Dero style. The very next morning I made the phone call.

From the meticulously farmed site of brothers Damon & Nathan Kalleske. There is no doubt we could not have landed on our feet here any better. This is an absolute top flight Greenock site. Old vines on red clay over Ironstone.

Hand-picked & whole bunch fermented. It was a great pleasure to work with this fruit that normally makes its way into some pretty fancy and expensive labels. And we are excited to have even more wonderful looking barrels from the 2025 vintage & hopefully ongoing!

This is our richer style offering with a touch of high quality Barrique influence. It’s dark & broody with mineral drive and length. Yet maintains a modest level of alcohol.

No, feel free to mix it up! There is no minimum requirement. You can order wines in any quantity or combination, 1 or 50+ bottles.

No, all prices are set at the full discounted dozen rate already.

Most wine retailers list at a single-bottle price and then discount 10–15% when you buy six or twelve. We've taken the opposite approach. Since the overwhelming majority of our orders are already 6 bottles or more, our list price is set for the case buyer from the start. There's no inflated single-bottle price to discount down from.

What that means for you:

- One price, same for everyone — no minimum to hit to unlock the best rate
- No mixed-six gymnastics to qualify for a discount
- Our single-bottle price is typically at or below a traditional retailer's by-the-dozen rate

Put simply: the box discount is already baked into the price.

**And if you find it cheaper elsewhere?** Let us know. If the same wine is available at a lower price at another retailer (including at their mixed-six or by-the-dozen rate) we're happy to match it.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
