Description

Jasper Hill is a Heathcote institution. Their family owned vineyards have been producing fine wines since the early eighties and with second generation winemaker Emily McNally taking up the charge of her father, they aren't slowing down anytime soon.

This is one of their best-known cuvees.

Powerful, linear Shiraz displaying an array of exotic spices, dark fruits galore, and earthy tannin support structure.

Fleshy, and seamless, and a little lighter than other recent vintages this would nonetheless repay several years cellaring for peak drinking pleasure.

"This is a great bottling of this famed central Victorian icon... An excellent wine that balances fruit, earth and vineyard character, all pulled together with a high level of polish. Excellent."

99 points - "99 points & No. 3 in the 2025 James Suckling Top 100 Australian Wines of 2025 This is a great bottling of this famed central Victorian icon. Layers of black and blue fruits intertwine with a mineral-edged undertone, showing aromas of graphite, ferric earth, spices, violets, blackberries and licorice. The palate is seamlessly integrated, with a fine backbone of acidity and almost silken tannins. An excellent wine that balances fruit, earth and vineyard character, all pulled together with a high level of polish. Excellent. Drink or hold." - Ryan Montgomery (James Suckling)

97 points - "Here is a first-rate lesson on soils and what they contribute to wine. Georgia hails from red, iron-oxide–rich, ancient Cambrian soils that have brought the most astonishing natural balance in '24. The boldness we associate with Georgia is there, but so too a well-delivered fineness of expression that seems to belie the 15.5% abv. The fruit is black and ripe, the spices soar, the oak is well integrated and a ferrous minerality adds a brightness and spark to everything. The tannins are firm but still welcoming, and it just gels so beautifully, so resoundingly." - Jeni Port (Halliday Wine Companion)

Beautiful. Fruit driven

Bright, plum on the nose. Red fruits on pallet, fine tannins. High alcohol but not hot. Fruit driven heaven after 3 hours decanted.

A wine we are incredibly proud of. True to its sense of place, this Georgia’s Paddock Shiraz does not disappoint. Bright magenta in colour, it keeps delivering. Abundant red fruits are layered with dark plums and chocolate. Soft, chalky tannins build as this well-rounded and balanced wine hides its alcohol beautifully. Plentiful yet vibrant in every glass. Enjoy now, or cellar confidently.

No, feel free to mix it up! There is no minimum requirement. You can order wines in any quantity or combination, 1 or 50+ bottles.

No, all prices are set at the full discounted dozen rate already.

Most wine retailers list at a single-bottle price and then discount 10–15% when you buy six or twelve. We've taken the opposite approach. Since the overwhelming majority of our orders are already 6 bottles or more, our list price is set for the case buyer from the start. There's no inflated single-bottle price to discount down from.

What that means for you:

- One price, same for everyone — no minimum to hit to unlock the best rate
- No mixed-six gymnastics to qualify for a discount
- Our single-bottle price is typically at or below a traditional retailer's by-the-dozen rate

Put simply: the box discount is already baked into the price.

**And if you find it cheaper elsewhere?** Let us know. If the same wine is available at a lower price at another retailer (including at their mixed-six or by-the-dozen rate) we're happy to match it.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
