Bindi has become one of the Macedon Ranges' most iconic wineries since it's first plantings took root in 1988.
The Bindi Original Vineyard Pinot Noir is sourced exclusively from the '88 plantings. It's a wine of intensity and savoury structure, the long ripening time in the region giving the fruit an immense depth of flavour and silky texture which has been captured beautifully in the bottle by winemaker Michael Dhillon.
It unfurls beautifully in the glass to reveal a kaleidoscope of Pinot Noir flavours, from dusty, earthen tones, to sweet red fruit. It's one of the region's and the country's finest Pinot Noirs, no doubt about it.

The palate is mid-weighted, with finely framed tannins and balanced acidity that bring the textural mouthfeel together around a strong, mineral-touched core of red fruit. Elegant and pretty, underpinned by power, with a silken, smoothly integrated structure and a fine edge of spices and earth. Complete and potent today, with many years ahead. Excellent. We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
