Some exciting expressions of Adelaide Hills wines coming from the hands of Tim Stock.
Tim sourced a small parcel of biodynamically grown Sauvignon Blanc from a Gumeracha vineyard, blended with a portion of Semillon. All left it on skins for two and a half week before it all went to old oak, no additions aside a dab of sulphur at the end.
It's such an interesting take from the Hills, a riot of tropical fruit with a hint of savouriness.
This is a tasty treat that will thrill natural wine fans as well those who just want a Sauvignon Blanc blend that packs a punch!

First impression was sour pear juice. However it did get better over time, and with food. I'd drink it not too cold, and after some air contact.

Great drop year on year, bright and refreshing but deep Best with starters and entrees or on its own. Aromas of a slippery fruit bowl - apple, pear, lemon, orange...getting that appetite w h e t.

We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.

No, feel free to mix it up! There is no minimum requirement. You can order wines in any quantity or combination, 1 or 50+ bottles.
No, all prices are set at the full discounted dozen rate already.
If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
