Timotheus always brings a quiet confidence to the table. A blend of Grüner Veltliner and Weissburgunder from 40-year-old vines grown on limestone and slate, this is one of the more structured and cerebral wines in the Gut Oggau family.
As always, he’s got depth and character to burn - one third of the fruit spent three weeks on skins, bringing grip and savoury complexity, while the rest went straight to old oak for a long, slow élevage. The result is a textural, amber-hued wine that hums with citrus oil, dried herbs, crushed stone and a whisper of orchard fruit. There’s a groundedness here that feels timeless.
If Theodora is the bright spark, Timotheus is the steady hand - a wine that doesn’t need to shout to make a lasting impression. He’s the kind of companion who lets the conversation go deep. A hedonist with soul, and one of the most compelling expressions of this vineyard and vintage.

We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.
To add a gift box to your order, simply add at checkout. The special requests box is your friend, please give us as many details of what you are looking for and we will try our best, or get in contact to discuss it with you.

Our warehouse is automated so unless you tell us otherwise, we will ship your order. If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
