The Yeringberg Chardonnay straddles the magic sweet-spot between a bold, traditional toasty Chardonnay and the modern fresher styles in the variety that the Yarra Valley has become known for.
Hand-picked from hillside blocks that balance ripeness with cool-climate freshness, the fruit is whole-bunch-pressed and fermented in French oak barrels (30% new). Lees stirring adds that unmistakable creamy texture, while the cool 2022 vintage ensured the wine retained a fine mineral edge.
Lifted aromas of white peach, lemon zest, and roasted almond lead into a palate that’s both generous and precise. Layers of stone fruit, lemon curd, and oak spice unfold, with a flinty streak and a long, clean finish tying it all together.
It's a classic style of Chardonnay - one for traditionalists and contemporary wine lovers alike.

"A combination of natural and inoculated ferments, then racked to 25% new oak with 25% mlf. A bright green gold. Attractive scents of ripe stone fruits, lemon confiture, honey and hazelnuts that are echoed on the flavourful, silky, gently viscous and long palate. At the more hedonistic end of the Yarra chardonnay spectrum and a delicious wine to drink now and over the next three to five years."

We stock three different sized gift boxes (single, three bottle and six), all are available for purchase for a flat rate of $8. They look great and make an awesome impression.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
