Description
This is Hunter Valley Shiraz made with zero bells and whistles - just good fruit, wild yeast, and time. Named after winemaker Richie Harkham’s grandmother Aziza, who made wine in Israel in the '50s, it’s a hands-off, no-additions approach that stays true to its roots. No sulphur, no fining, no filtration - just Shiraz, grown in Pokolbin and raised the way it used to be.
It’s mid-weight and quietly complex, showing off bright red and blue fruits, soft spice and a gentle herbal edge. There’s enough grip to keep things interesting, but it stays fresh and easy to drink. Nine months in old French oak rounds it out without getting in the way. It’s a proper food wine, but just as happy being cracked open on a quiet night in.
Certified Kosher and preservative-free, this is one of those wines that feels thoughtful but totally unfussy. Real wine, made simply, and all the better for it.

If you can't add more wine to your cart it means we are low on stock of that wine. For example, if you are only able to 3 bottles and no more that means we only have 3 bottles left of that wine. If it's a must have, please contact us and we may be able to order more in for you.
