Crafted entirely in concrete to preserve purity, the 2021 vintage sees lower alcohol and shorter aging, highlighting the wine’s remarkable freshness and mineral complexity.

Dits del Terra is a Vi de Coster, the equivalent of a 1er Cru, and can be considered the south-facing counterpart to Arbossar. Made from 100% Carignan, it comes from three schist-rich sites with vines over 80 years old. This was one of the first vineyards acquired by Dominik Huber and Eben Sadie when they began making wine in Priorat, and its south-facing aspect imparts greater flesh and power while retaining beautiful acidity.

The vineyard is farmed biodynamically and is currently undergoing organic certification. The winemaking is gentle and precise, with the juice poured over whole bunches using a jug to ensure a delicate infusion. Since 2021, the wine has been vinified entirely in concrete, emphasizing purity and vibrancy.

This vintage shines with brightness and charm, offering svelte tannins and precise acidity that taper to a lingering, mineral-driven finish. Its combination of power and finesse has earned it the nickname "Priorat-Chambertin," and it’s easy to see why.

Terrroir al Limit

Terroir al Límit is a winery redefining the boundaries of Priorat, one of Spain’s most prestigious wine regions. Founded in 2001 by Dominik Huber and South African winemaker Eben Sadie, this project has become a beacon for a new style of Priorat—where finesse, balance, and purity take precedence over power and opulence.

Rooted in the rugged hills of Catalonia, Terroir al Límit embraces the philosophy that great wines are born in the vineyard. Old vines of Garnatxa and Carinyena, grown biodynamically on steep slate soils, provide the foundation. In the cellar, minimal intervention is key: whole-bunch fermentation, concrete tanks, and short macerations preserve the vibrancy and soul of the fruit. Oak barrels? A thing of the past.

Huber’s wines are a revelation—ethereal reds and textural whites that offer a fresh, almost Burgundian-like perspective on Priorat. Flagship wines like Les Manyes and Les Tosses showcase single vineyards with astounding clarity and depth, while Pedra de Guix redefines what a white Priorat can be.
