About The Wine
Sitting somewhere in the realm of roses and skinsy wines, this light and smashable little number from A.R.C. is truly one unique drop.
Pinot Gris fruit is taken from the Wild Dog Vineyard in Warragul, grown with organic principles. It then sees 100% skin maceration, giving the wine an inviting pink hue.
There's a tremendous amount of floral lift to the nose, with herbs, citrus and red fruits partying altogether. Beautifully textured from the skin maceration, it's full of unexpected surprises. A wine that truly titillates, it's best shared in good company.
About A.R.C.
James and Jess were two Melbourne somms who decided to start growing the stuff rather than pouring the stuff. A small family and a small wine label has emerged.
They've leased a small biodynamic vineyard just outside of Warragul and have launched and interesting, eclectic label - A.R.C. or A Random Collection.
The wines are grown with love and respect for the local floral and fauna is at the front of mind. This colourful collection of wines are built for drinking young and enthusiastically. Jump in.
