About The Wine
This complex and structured Pinot comes from a beautiful single vineyard in the Macedon Ranges, sitting 800m above sea level. The vines here are 30 years old, and they produce fruit with high natural acidity and an enticing fragrance.
The resulting wine comes out much the same - filled with a bouquet of cherries and other red fruits intertwined with lovely floral notes. Amongst all this brightness you'll also find structure from its lacy tannins, with a firming touch of spice and savouriness.
An exciting high altitude, cool climate Pinot here.
