This white from indigenous Spanish grape Malvar is one for the adventurers. Equal parts delicious and fascinating, it's a complex, skinsy mouthful of history.

To us, an organic Tempranillo that behaves like a supple Pinot Noir. To the workers who historically suffered in this rocky Valdilecha vineyard in the mountains of Madrid, it is the 'Curse', the malediction. Either way.. delicious.
