Revello
Founded in 1954, the Revello family first established their vineyards in La Morra, though initially only as viticulturalists who sold their grapes.
While they released their first vintage in 1967, it wasn’t until the early 90s with the help of the famed Elio Altare, that they began to produce quality wines.
Now run by the 3rd and 4th generation of the Revello family; father and son Lorenzo and Simone, they produce several single-vineyard Barolos from across the famed region.
Farming their vineyards organically, they ferment with native yeasts, and do not fine or filter. They make modern wines, utilising temperature-controlled fermenters, and a combination of stainless steel and French barriques for their vinification.
