Gerhard and Brigitte Pittnauer's wines are simply some of the best coming out of the Burgenland region, at the eastern edge of Austria, highlighting the beauty of local varieties Blaufrankisch, St-Laurent and Zweigelt, as well as excellent Pinot Noir.

Their red wines of brightness and insane drinkability have seen him garner many accolades in recent times, including 2014 Winemaker of the Year by Falstaff magazine, the top winemaker award in Austria.
