Chantereves is a husband and wife team winemaking team that is making plenty of noise in Burgundy.
Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott met in the cellar of Domaine Simon Bize et Fils, where Guillaume remains as the cellarmaster. Their collaboration started in 2010, when their first rave reviews from Jancis Robinson MW caused a stampede for their fledgling brand.
Through Guillaume's local connections, being born in Dijon and raised in Beaune, Chantereves get access to some exceptional fruit which is not always easy for a younger negociant. Their simple, traditional winemaking approach allows each parcel to shine.
