Young German-born Julia Weirich is a well-travelled woman in the world of wine.
After covering vintages in Burgundy at Le Grappin, Bass Phillip in Australia, and Yealands in New Zealand, Julia is now making a small amount of Barossa Valley wine, alongside the skilled and experienced team of Simon Cowham and Corey Ryan at Sons of Eden.
Her goal is to craft, "Fine, modern and silken with typical Barossa varietal characters.", and she's turning out some beautiful wines from day dot.
